About This Campaign

Show Me Love! is a campaign that seeks to provide information to all people affected by intimate partner violence in LGBTQ communities.
We celebrate fun, vibrant, healthy LGBTQ relationships and are dedicated to supporting people surviving unhealthy relationships by engaging them in creative activities and connecting them with the resources they need. LGBTQ survivors and their loved ones can ask for, and get, great support.
Goals
Our goals are to:
- raise the awareness of survivors in DC’s LGBTQ communities about their legal rights, and direct people to resources about maintaining healthy and violence-free relationships. We do this through creative outreach and a Public Service Announcement campaign.
- engage these communities in the campaign itself by leading an interactive art-based project and a series of community-based conversations and outreach events.
- ensure that this campaign is culturally relevant and accessible to LGBTQ Latin@ Communities in DC.
