If you’re in a relationship that doesn’t feel healthy, you can reach out. Help can be anything that makes sense to you, today, where you’re at in your life and relationship.

It might look like talking with a counselor, meeting other survivors, or getting legal advice from someone who knows the system. It might also include looking at websites for other organizations who work with LGBTQ survivors.
Whatever makes sense to you, it is important to know that you aren’t alone and there are places out there to help you.
This section includes resources for you in the DC area and nationally. All of them are LGBTQ-friendly and provide free or sliding-scale services for survivors.
